We have developed our own ERP system to effectively plan, implement and control every single production process. In every single production process, from the moment we pour our raw materials into a large mixing kettle at our own manufacturing plant in Shanghai to the time we produce our finished products, we follow strictly our defined standard to ensure maximum performance of the products.

We have our own production facilities in Shanghai, China. We have long-standing relationships with our raw material providers. Once we obtain the raw materials, we screen and test raw materials for quality. We undertake strict quality control in our manufacturing process. Quality control samples are taken in each batch of glue produced and stored in our lab for future reference. In so doing, if any of our customers runs into an application issue down the line, we can pull out the sample concerned and determine how to find a solution for them.

We follow specific requirements and operating procedures in our quality management system and environmental management system. Our glues are completely non-toxic, environmentally friendly and biodegradable. Our products are tested to conform to the following standards:

We have developed a sales and support network to support local and overseas customers. Our sales and support staff, as well as those of our resellers, are well trained to work with customers to select the product that best meets their packaging requirements.
1. Pre-sales Support
We take into consideration the models of equipment used by our customers, the types of paper used, and the temperature and humidity of the operating factory, etc. when we propose our glues to our customers. We want to make sure the products that we propose will deliver the best performance.
2. Sales Support
We use our own ERP system to track every batch of production. Once our customers place an order with us, we will allow them to easily track what they order, and when they will receive the products.
3. Post-sales Support
We work very closely with each of our customers. We understand and record what they order, their operating environment, and the operating problems that they have, etc. If needed, we modify formulations to fulfill their unique operating needs.
4. Knowledge Base
We believe our customers should have access to the best quality glues. Over the past many years, we have innovated to keep up with our customers’ wants and needs. Not only have we worked closely with our customers to understand what they need, we also work closely with all major printing and packaging machinery companies in China and in other countries to get their input. Over time we have built a big knowledge base of experience of our customers, resellers, as well as printing and packing machinery companies. We leverage this experience to maintain continuous improvement in our products, and come up with leading edge solutions in glues.
